Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 working days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and labels must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return or exchange request must be approved by our Customer Care team

If a returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, thecozyl reserves the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Panties / Underwear

  • Cami Sets

  • Girdles or Bodysuits

  • Adhesive Bras

  • Accessories

  • Sale or Promotional Items

Manufacturing Defects

At thecozyl, all products go through strict quality checks before shipment. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Washing or mishandling

Return Proces

Before sending any product back, customers must contact our Customer Care team via email for approval.

Once your request is approved, our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and verified.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
