INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEAR
1. Ensure your skin is clean and dry-Do not apply to recently moisturized skin.
2. Peel the backing off the cover.
3. Stick over the nipple and press firmly.
4. Smooth out any bumps.
5. You can reuse your nipple covers.

CLEANING NOTE
Step 1: Use neutral soapy water, with your fingers to circle the way to clean.
Step 2: Wash with cleaning water again.
Step 3: Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight.
Step 4: With a thin film to cover to avoid dust.
